Navin Bhat
Principal Process Engineer & Project Manager

Navin is a highly experienced Process Engineering professional with a good understanding of chemical processing plants developed across owner and consulting environments. With over 25 years’ experience, Navin has provided consultancy services and performed projects for a variety of commodity sectors including alumina, iron-ore, copper, gold and water treatment.


 

Silvio Nicoli
Principal Process Consultant

Silvio is a highly experienced and respected process consultant with a diverse range of knowledge and skills. His areas of particular expertise include de-bottlenecking and Refinery upgrade studies, project concept development, business case analysis, technology design and commissioning.


 

Simon Collins
Process Modelling Specialist

Simon is a highly experienced operations technology development and process engineer with over 20 years’ experience in mining-based process engineering roles. He has worked in production, process development and expansion where extensive use of SysCAD process modelling for decision-making is required. Simon has also been in consulting and project management roles that have required expertise in Discrete Event Simulation for supply chain analysis, exposure to optimisation using linear programming techniques for scheduling, and formalised sensitivity analysis approaches using statistical models.


 

Spencer Smith
Queensland Regional Manager & Study Lead

Spencer has over 25 years’ process engineering experience working on both Greenfield and Brownfield projects across a diverse range of industries both in Australia and overseas. He has had significant involvement in identifying and leading water and energy reduction studies. During his extensive career, Spencer has had exposure to a valuable and varied mix of operations, commissioning and design office roles in all phases of project delivery, from Concept Studies through to Detailed Engineering Design.


 

Marcin Zydel
Southwest Regional Manager

Marcin has extensive practical experience with Maintenance Projects, Work Implementation, Mechanical Engineering and International Quality Management within Oil, Gas and Mining industries. Blends leadership roles and responsibilities as Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Company Representative Engineer. Experienced in technical leadership, scope and schedule management, stakeholders and client relationship management, including safety programs.


 

Kevin Selesnew
Lead Mechanical Engineer

Kevin has 20 years’ experience with roles in alumina, bauxite, hematite, magnetite, mineral sands, gold and various other processing plants and infrastructure. His experience in pumping of alumina slurries and liquors, tailings (GEHO and series centrifugal) pumping of alumina, bauxite and other minerals tailings, piping layout and design, and design of mechanical structures.

Mark is a Chartered Engineer specialising in Civil, Structural and Marine engineering with significant experience delivering refinery and mining projects for major operators in Australia and internationally. He has extensive detailed design, procurement package management, project engineering, construction and facilities support experience for greenfield and brownfield projects.

Adrian has over 30 years’ experience in design fabrication, construction and maintenance roles at refineries and mineral processing plants. In senior and lead roles, Adrian has coordinated multi-disciplinary design teams in large refinery wide expansion and maintenance projects. Adrian’s 16+ years of site-based Alumina work in reliability and maintenance support roles have given him a wealth of knowledge of site operability and maintainability
