After nearly three years of operation, Carnac has been nominated for the Telstra Small Business Award, an independent rewards programme designed to recognise and promote excellence, best practice and innovation in the Australian business community. Shortlisting for the State finalists begins over the next month.
The Fluid Flow Design Software (FFDS) package was written and developed to provide engineers working in and across the mining and mineral process industries with a database of equipment and fluids, a comprehensive range of calculation techniques and a minimum documentation standard for fluid flow calculations. Originally built for the alumina industry by Alan Taylor & Associates, Carnac has taken over the development, training and support for this iconic engineering software package.
