Our client experienced heavy corrosion and build-up of insoluble deposits in their filtered water and emergency water lines. Carnac – Project Delivery Services Pty Ltd (Carnac) were tasked with providing engineering, design and construct services to replace the existing emergency water and filtered water headers.
Carnac identified that the root cause of the issues was that the design did not allow for routine maintenance and cleaning of pipes. Carnac’s new designs incorporate features that enable routine maintenance and replacement of pipe headers.
