Scheduling
Our schedulers have had experience in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from conception through to closeout, and have held roles in the research, collation and writing of feasibility studies.
With regards to the management of engineering activities to fit the project schedule and client's expectations, Carnac is committed to providing services that fit to the agreed schedule and budget that align with the client's expectations. We attempt to provide the client with detailed schedules that break down engineering activities at project initiation so that the expectations of Carnac's engineering team and the client are aligned.
A war memorial site required the upgrade and replacement of a bore pump on site as well as other associated equipment.
The client engaged Carnac to undertake a preliminary engineering assessment of required upgrades to achieve an increase in refinery throughput, which included both production generating upgrades, such as those that would increase alumina precipitation yield and liquor flows, and production enabling upgrades.
As the life of mine has developed, some pits have progressed to below water table operations. Carnac was engaged by the client to undertake a study to assess the preliminary engineering study performed internally by the client and identify further work to progress design with regards to plans for dewatering.
Carnac identified the most appropriate "fit for purpose" solution for the relocation of the existing pipeline, an activity that is required for continued mining operations in the area.
