Our client engaged Carnac – Project Delivery Services Pty (Carnac) to provide concept-level engineering design and cost estimation for upgrades to the sampling station at their processing plant.
Carnac was commissioned to oversee the installation of a new Brine Chiller at their facility, which was to be installed in a purpose-built machinery room and tied to the existing brine and cooling water reticulation system.
Carnac were engaged to assess the operating limits of an alumina refinery in relation to its environmental licence restrictions.
Carnac’s assessment was successful in providing the client with a go-forward strategy to improve the operation’s return on investment whilst ensuring environmental limits are adhered to.
A war memorial site required the upgrade and replacement of a bore pump on site as well as other associated equipment.
The client engaged Carnac to undertake a preliminary engineering assessment of required upgrades to achieve an increase in refinery throughput, which included both production generating upgrades, such as those that would increase alumina precipitation yield and liquor flows, and production enabling upgrades.
